Neuroaffirming & Gender-Affirming Psychology

Australia-wide telehealth (based in NSW)

Supporting older adolescents, adults, families, and professionals through therapy, autism & ADHD assessments, gender-affirming assessments, and clinical supervision.

How this space can support

Support grounded in neuroaffirming, gender-affirming, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and anti-oppressive practice.

Whether you're seeking greater understanding of yourself, assessment, therapy, or support navigating life changes, the aim is to provide care that is collaborative, transparent, and adapted to your individual needs.

Who this space is for

This practice may be a good fit if you are:

  • seeking an autism or Autism and ADHD (AuDHD) assessment

  • seeking a gender-affirming assessment to support access to gender-affirming medical care

  • looking for therapy to support wellbeing, identity, relationships, burnout, chronic health, disability, or life transitions

  • a parent or caregiver seeking support for a neurodivergent or gender-diverse young person

  • a clinician seeking neuroaffirming or gender-affirming supervision or consultation.

Values-led approach

You are not expected to perform, justify, or reduce yourself to fit into systems that were not designed for you.

Safety is not assumed — it is built collaboratively.

Privilege & access

Access to care is shaped by structural factors including race, class, disability, and geography.

While these systems cannot be fully changed within this space, I aim to work transparently, ethically, and with awareness of these dynamics.

You are not the problem.
Many of the challenges people experience arise from systems that were not designed for them.
